Every Amorieva piece is personalized from the details submitted with your order. Orders are prepared to your confirmed details and shipped from China.
Estimated delivery
Our current estimate from order placement to delivery is approximately 10–15 days. This includes personalization, order preparation, and transit.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs review, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, an incomplete address, or a remote destination may extend delivery. If we become aware of a material delay, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.
Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking may take time to update after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please review your name, delivery address, apartment or unit number, postal code, and contact details before payment. Contact us immediately if you discover an error. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.
Personalized items and returns
Because each item is made specifically from the names, birth months, material, engraving, and other details selected by the customer, personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange due to a change of mind.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed personalization, contact dongsheng521521@gmail.com promptly. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy where the claim is verified.
Return shipping
Where a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless applicable law requires otherwise or we confirm that the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Do not send an item back without return instructions from Amorieva.
Changes and cancellation
Contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation. Because personalization may begin soon after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellation once production has started.
