Engraved Vertical Bar Necklace with Birthstone

Details & care

Some names you just want on you. This bar pendant carries one line of engraving — a first name, a date, the word you keep coming back to — on a slim stainless steel shape that sits flat against the skin. Add a birthstone for the month that matters, or leave it clean and let the lettering speak. The bamboo link chain and unisex bar work on anyone, worn alone or layered with whatever you already have on.

Details to make it yours

• One line of custom engraving — a name, date or short word
• Optional birthstone for the month you choose
• Steel, 18K gold and rose gold finishes over stainless steel
• Slim 5x29mm and 5x40mm bar shapes on a bamboo link chain
• Unisex design that layers well or stands on its own
• Chain lengths from 51cm to 80cm

How to personalize

Pick your finish and bar size, then choose a birthstone month if you want one. Enter your engraving exactly as it should read — one line works best, and short reads stay sharpest on a slim bar. Double-check spelling and capitalization before adding it to your cart.

Care for your keepsake

Keep it away from perfume, lotion and household cleaners, and take it off before swimming or showering. Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wearing and store it separately so the bar and chain don't rub against other jewelry.

Your questions, answered

How much text fits on the bar?

A single short line. Names, initials, a date or a word of a few letters read cleanest — the longer the text, the smaller and tighter the lettering gets on a slim bar.

Is the birthstone required?

No. You can order just the engraved bar, or add a birthstone for the month you choose. Both versions are made to order.
